About PVAA

The Ponte Vedra Athletic Association (PVAA) is a multi-sport recreational league for children in Northeast St. Johns County. PVAA serves as a liaison between the St. John’s County Department of Parks and Recreation and our member sports.  St. John’s County manages and maintains area facilities such as Davis Park, Cornerstone Park, Nocatee Athletic Fields, and the Landrum Middle School fields.

The PVAA oversees the youth sports programs at those fields and facilities. St Johns County Ordinances 2012-34 and 2005-114 prohibit animals/pets on the fields and spectator areas of our recreational parks. Dogs are only allowed in the enclosed dog park areas. Please govern yourself accordingly to avoid a civil citation.

The PVAA’s drawing area is contiguous with the Landrum Middle School attendance zone, and the PVAA is principally responsible for providing youth sports opportunities for children residing within this area.

PVAA is operated by a volunteer Board of Directors. The board consists of administrators elected by the membership of the PVAA, along with the commissioners of each PVAA sport.

Board Meetings

PVAA Board meets at 6:30PM on the second Tuesday of odd-numbered months (e.g., January, March, etc.) at the Players Senior Community Center at 175 Landrum Lane in Ponte Vedra Beach. Meeting dates may change due to member â€‹availability.
